Easy Christmas Stocking

Another recent knitting project (yup bet another) This is a Christmas Stocking it measures 19 inches cast on edge to toe. It's made with Plymouth Encore Worsted.

Ah it's been awhile since I've posted here. Here is a recent completed project. Little Girls Dressy Coat, pattern from http://www.knittingpureandsimple.com/ and yarn is Lamb's Pride Worsted and Patons Be Mine the size is 2T.

Cute cute baby sweater!

OK starting with the yet again another baby sweater! I made this for a friend who is pregnant and due in December.

Then my bolero, except I made it bit longer and turned into cardigan. I love the fun fur the project just needed something. Toby gave his approval as well!

Yay Phoebe has a new hat!

How cute is this hat! hahaha this pattern came from a Debby Ware book same as the booties. I made them using Cascade Cherub dk baby.

Yike haven't posted since July! Here are some projects I have finished since then!

OK starting up top is the lapghan I made for my Mother in Law Marge. It's made with Encore and using a pattern given to me from my LYS who got a bunch of those patterns from Debbie Macomber. Sadly Marge passed away last month, love her dearly.

The baby sweaters....again with Encore because hey it's easy for a first time Mom to clean. Both patterns from Knitting Pure and Simple.

Ahh the socks, made for a friend of mine who doesn't knit socks. So instead she feeds my addiction and buys me yarn to make socks for her. These socks from my LYS fingering weight bamboo/merino, sock pattern came from online site.....oh gesh can't remember the site!!

Ok sundress/jumper for Alaina!

Here it is the sundress/jumper for Alaina as well. This will look super cute in any season! Alaina seems to be enjoying!!

Phoebe in a Baby Sweater!

This is a sweater I finished last Saturday pattern from Knitting Pure and Simple, yarn was Lorna's Lace, Shepard worsted, and the size is six month. Doesn't she look so cute! She actually wore it for awhile lol.

Little Girls Sundress/Jumper

This past weekend I made these two cute Little Girls Sundresses/Jumpers. Both knit up very fast and pattern again from Knitting Pure and Simple. Yarn used the white one made with a cotton yarn(can't remember the name) and the blue made with DK baby Snuggly. I'm thinking of making shrugs to go with.

This is a poem I wrote in highschool for my Mom.

Mother, I miss you,

Even though you are with me.

Mother, I understand why you left,

I wish it wasn't so soon.

Mother, I've grown,

Grown to be like you.

Mother, please don't worry,

But I have what you had.

Mother, I am not scared,

For I know it will be gone soon.

Mother, I am happy,

Alene Camisole lingerie top

Alene Camisole lingerie top from www.whiteliesdesigns.com lots of fun to knit and very different from previous projects. Made with hand dyed cotton yarn from White Lies Designs, very soft!!

March Knits!

This month I made the Cutest Baby Sweater, hat and socks. Kits were from www.fancyimageyarn.com . Work in progress the entrelac scarf, v-neck sweater and a baby hat. YUM!

Cupcake Beanie!

This was a kit by Debby Ware. Curtis gave me this kit for Valentines Day. It is baby size and so much better in person! YUM!!

January Knits! Something for ME!

OK something for me! I made myself this hoodie from pattern Knitting Pure and Simple. It's a bit snug so hopefully after I wash it I'm able to block it to fit. The yarn is from my local yarn shop and is hand dyed. From the pictures you can't tell how beautiful the color really is. Nice and cozy since it's made with worsted weight wool. Yum! The little yellow thing is a Soap Sweater, basically a little sack for soap. (gee we have a small kitchen huh)
