This is a poem I wrote in highschool for my Mom.Mother, I miss you,
Even though you are with me.
Mother, I understand why you left,
I wish it wasn't so soon.
Mother, I've grown,
Grown to be like you.
Mother, please don't worry,
But I have what you had.
Mother, I am not scared,
For I know it will be gone soon.
Mother, I am happy,
I wish you were here to share it.
Mother, I know that when I have children,
Your Grandchildren will ask where you are.
Mother, I will tell them,
That you are someplace wonderful and happy,
Where you are watching over them.
Mother, I wish I could hold you,
And tell you "I love you".
Mother, I miss you....
And Mother,
you will always be in my heart.
